China’s top 10 sedan brands in terms of sales from January to May

The China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) on Tuesday that China’s top 10 sedan brands in terms of sales from January to May saw their sales come to 761,200 cars, the top ten sedan brands were:
1. Buick Excelle (94,300 units)
2. Elantra Yuedong (93,400)
3. Jetta (88,400)
4. BYD F3(86,400)
5. Santana (73,200)
6. Elantra (70,600)
7. Chery QQ (69,900)
8. Xiali (65,500)
9. Accord (63,600)
10. Camry (55,900)

Beiqi did well to align itself with Hyundai as those China-made Hyundai models are doing well. Hyundai’s quality is up all over the world, and so the JD Power folks should consider BAIC-Hyundai’s Shunyi factory among candidates for “Best Assembly Plant” quality award.
